BIG CROWN MAJOR & CONSOLATION CUPS
1) All ties (excepting the Final) to be played on or before the set date on a 4 home, 4 away basis. The Final will be 8 per team on a neutral green.
2) The winning captain is responsible for notifying results to the cup organiser BUT, 2 cards must be sent in.
3) All games are 21 up and must be played to BCGBA rules.
*Handicaps are to be added from handicapped teams HOME score*
The team scoring most shots overall, after handicap additions will be declared the winners.
4) In the event of a draw, the following procedure must be followed until a winner is found:
A) The team with the most winners overall
B) The team scoring the most shots AWAY
C) The team with the best winner AWAY
D) The team with the best winner AT HOME
E) The team with the second best winner AWAY
F) The team with the second best winner AWAY
5) Players can ONLY represent ONE TEAM in a season
6) No player may play in an AWAY team on a green where they are a member
7) Clubs who have 2 teams taking part may come to an arrangement with their opposition about playing, but NO TEAM SHALL BE COMPELLED TO PLAY MORE THAN 2 PLAYERS AT A TIME.
Where a 3 ended green is affected the order of play shall be A,A,B,B,A,B,A,B unless other arrangements are AGREED.
